Halloween is over but that doesn't mean the spook stops here!

During the 2nd quarter of Monday night’s game between the New York Giants and Dallas Cowboys, there was a quick break in the action after a black cat ran onto the field.

The game came to a stop while NFL personnel tried to rally the feline off the field and after a few minutes they were able to circle the cat and direct it off the field safely.

Does this mean bad luck for the New York Giants going forward?

This isn't the first time we've seen something like this happen, though.

The Cincinnati Reds had a cat run across the field and into the stands last season.

Then there was the Rally Cat, who made its way onto the field and interrupted Yadier Molina’s at-bat.

We’ve even seen squirrels find their way into the stadium, especially at CFL games.

Things got a little "squirrelly" in Calgary...

Animals just want to take in the action, too.

Can you blame them?
